We understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask for notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
Arriving late may reduce your treatment time. Full appointment fees may still apply depending on the circumstances.
If a deposit is required, it will be applied towards your appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Payment is required according to the available payment options provided at the time of booking.
Before and after photos may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes only with client permission.
